We provide psychotherapy for adults and adolescents using current evidenced-based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). Our goal is to help you identify your personal values, strengths, and abilities in support of your own personal and professional goals. Contact us to see how we can help you develop different perspectives and achieve the outcomes you’re striving for.

This traditional session length allows time to address current concerns

A longer session is helpful to address other concerns or during particularly stressful situations

EMDR sessions are typically booked at 90-minutes to allow more time for processing

Eye-movement desensitization and reprocessing is a structured psychotherapeutic technique that uses the brain’s natural healing process to relieve psychological stress. It is effective at relieving trauma and post-traumatic stress symptoms as well as symptoms associated with anxiety, depression, OCD, addictions, and other stressful life experiences. Contact us for more information and to see if EMDR is a right fit for your needs.

We at Greenview Therapy are committed to providing accessible therapy and understand how life can sometimes get in the way of self-care. We are excited to provide psychotherapy via secure video conferencing, allowing you to attend sessions when, and where, it is most convenient for you.

We are an out-of-network provider for insurance companies. This allows us to focus on providing the best care for each person regardless of their coverage. We are happy to provide a monthly superbill which will include all the necessary information to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

If you plan on submitting superbills to insurance, consider calling your provider first to ask:

  • Do I have out-of-network benefits to see a psychotherapist?

  • What CPT codes are reimbursable?

  • How many sessions are covered?

  • What is the reimbursement rate?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?
